A new identity, a great restaurant

Aglio e Oglio

Aglio is Garlic; Oglio is a river in Northern Italy but the word sounds like Oil: garlic and oil, the two main ingredients of Italian cuisine. Oglio, a river that defines a territory, between Milan and the Alps, also called The Iron Route, where the culture of working with iron and steel meets a rich food tradition. Blossom wanted to include these two souls in the rebranding of the restaurant and it did it by using the colors of iron and of the river’s water, a logo “handwritten” on the river waves, stunning pictures of the restaurant dishes, packaging that uses recycled materials. A new mood, for a 20 year old restaurant.
